GST, TDS, ROC and payroll compliance, run on a calendar
GST, TDS, ROC, PF/ESI and payroll run on a published calendar by chartered accountants — so nothing is late, and you never have to ask whether it was filed.

Compliance outsourcing means handing statutory filing obligations — GST, TDS, ROC/MCA, PF and ESI, and payroll — to an external team that runs them to a fixed calendar. Access CFO prepares and files each return on schedule, reconciles GST input credit against the portal every month, maintains the statutory registers and board documentation, and reports the full compliance status in the monthly MIS pack so nothing depends on someone remembering.
Compliance fails on calendars, not competence
Almost nobody misses a GST return because they did not know how to file it. They miss it because the person who normally does it was travelling, or because the data came late, or because a due date moved and nobody was watching.
Treating compliance as a calendar problem rather than a knowledge problem is most of the fix. Every obligation you have gets an owner, a preparation date that sits well before the statutory date, a reviewer, and a visible status. Nothing runs on memory.
What we run
- GST — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly or quarterly, annual GSTR-9/9C where applicable, e-invoicing and e-way bill support, and monthly reconciliation of input tax credit against GSTR-2B. The reconciliation is where the money is: unclaimed credit is a permanent loss, and mismatched credit is a future notice.
- TDS / TCS — monthly deduction and deposit, quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q), Form 16 and 16A issuance, and lower-deduction certificate tracking.
- ROC / MCA — annual filings including AOC-4 and MGT-7, event-based forms, director KYC, statutory registers and minutes, and board and general meeting documentation.
- Payroll, PF and ESI — monthly payroll processing, payslips, PF and ESI challans and returns, professional tax, and full-and-final settlements.
- Income tax — advance tax computation each quarter, return preparation, and coordination with your tax counsel on assessments.
The GST reconciliation nobody does monthly
Input tax credit is real money, and it leaks quietly. A supplier who files late, an invoice booked against the wrong GSTIN, a credit note that never matched — each one is small, and together they are material by year end, when reversing them is expensive and claiming them is no longer possible.
We reconcile books against GSTR-2B every single month, chase the suppliers responsible for mismatches, and report the exposure in your MIS pack. The discipline is unglamorous and it routinely pays for a meaningful share of the retainer.
When something does go wrong
Notices happen, including to well-run companies. Where one arrives, your controller drafts the response and assembles the supporting reconciliation; where it escalates into litigation, the firm includes an advocate with fifteen years of tax practice from the Income-Tax Tribunal through to the High Court and Supreme Court. You are not left finding counsel under a deadline.
Not sure this is where your problem actually is?
That is what the week-one diagnostic is for. We audit the books, the compliance position and the reporting, and hand you a written memo — yours to keep whether or not you engage us.
Is this the right module?
Thirty minutes with a partner will tell you — including if the honest answer is that you do not need it yet.

Often you should not. Many clients keep their CA for statutory audit and tax filings and use us for the layer above. Where we take over filings, it is usually because the client wants one team owning both the books and the compliance that flows from them.
Statutory liability always sits with the company and its directors — no outsourcing changes that, and be wary of anyone who claims otherwise. What we take on is the operational responsibility, with a published calendar and visible status so a slip is caught before a due date rather than after.
Yes, and it is common at onboarding. We scope the exposure during the week-one diagnostic, including likely interest and late fees, so you know the cost before we begin rather than discovering it in instalments.
Yes — monthly processing, payslips, PF and ESI, professional tax and full-and-final settlements. Payroll data stays access-controlled and is never circulated over general email.
Thirty minutes. We’ll tell you exactly what your finance function is missing — free, either way.
If we’re not the right fit, you’ll still leave with a prioritised list of what to fix. That’s the worst-case outcome.
